Job Details

Pay Range: $18.00 – $25.76 per hour

Basic / Primary Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service by understanding customer needs and providing solutions.
  • Digital Demonstrations: Educate customers on digital services and self-service options.
  • Lobby Management: Greet customers and address their needs proactively.
  • Transaction Processing: Balance and process transactions accurately following bank policies.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle escalated account issues until resolved and log complaints accurately.
  • Sales Opportunities: Identify and transition sales opportunities to the appropriate banking partner.
  • Branch Operations: Assist with cash ordering, vault, ATM, and wire transfer activities.
  • Customer Maintenance: Process account maintenance tasks accurately.
  • Compliance: Adhere to AML, BSA, KYC regulations, and company policies.
  • Diversity and Brand Support: Promote a diverse environment that reflects the M&T Bank brand.
  • Internal Controls: Maintain internal control standards and address audit points promptly.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned.
