Staff Supervision – Direct workflow among administrative and operational staff. – Ensure efficient branch operations.
Reporting and Budgeting – Prepare daily transaction vouchers and compile statements of affairs. – Assist in developing and monitoring the branch annual budget.
– Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree – Experience: 5+ years in banking, with 3+ years in core branch operations
– Skills: Compliance, Banking Operations, Customer Service Management – Proficiency: MS Office applications
